We're seeking a Private Banking Solutions Expert to join our team in providing exceptional client service across all business processes. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Three to four years' experience in a similar environment at specialist level (Sales or Customer Services in Wealth or Business Bank).
  2. Effective and efficient delivery of client service across all business processes.
  3. Broad exposure and solid foundation in banking operations, i.e., banking products, onboarding process, and systems.
  4. Strong risk management practices and policy knowledge, including an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, and FATCA).

In addition, we require:

  • Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
