Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address employee concerns and issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in an administrative or generalist role.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
