About the Role:
Job Summary:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Manager and team members, including general typing, receiving and relaying telephone messages, scheduling events, and maintaining the filing system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, computer proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the Regional Manager and team members
- General typing, including reports and presentation slides
- Receiving, directing, and relaying telephone messages and fax messages
- Scheduling events and providing logistical support
- Diarizing appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence
- Performing general administrative functions such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Processing financial travel claims for team members and providing support for travel-related inquiries
- Ordering regional stationery and supplies
- Maintaining a record of expenses relating to telephone usage, stationery, newspapers, and other miscellaneous expenses
- Facilitating the onboarding of new staff members joining the team
- Providing an efficient customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Matriculation or equivalent qualification
- Secretarial/Office Administration or relevant diploma
- 2 years proven secretarial and administrative experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SAP
