We are Sanlam Limited, a leading Fintech business committed to revolutionising financial services. We are seeking a highly motivated Call Centre Resource Planner to join our team in Diep River, CT.
About the PositionThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment where you will be responsible for planning and scheduling call centre operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective resource allocation strategies to meet customer and operational demands
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with Contact Centre Managers to ensure seamless operation and high-quality customer service
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a contact centre environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
