Job Description
This is a full-time position that requires the individual to work independently and as part of a team. The appointed individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, including servicing material handling equipment, performing accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting, maintaining vehicle records, and promoting service maintenance programs.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and service material handling equipment to specified standards and procedures.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Record and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance and operational data/history.
  4. Promote and implement service maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations.
  6. Foster open and effective communication among team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures.
