Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap
    • Research and understand business requirements to translate them into high-quality product backlog items.
    • Structure and prioritize business requirements, communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
    • Utilize efficient business process modeling, conceptual prototypes, traceability, and quality management techniques.
  • Stakeholder Alignment
    • Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies, and implementation status to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Define, request, track, and escalate required resources, including budget, skills, and volume/size.
    • Implement the product vision and roadmap.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP.
  • Ability to steer and provide guidance on technical solutions.
  • Establish governance rules and standards in the domain with regards to ABAP Development.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements (SAP).
  • Experience working across various SAP Modules (SD, MM, EWM, WM, Basis).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with conflict.
  • Experience leading teams and steering 3rd-party providers.
  • Qualification in IT Computer Science (Diploma/Degree) and SAP ABAP.
Advantageous Qualifications
  • German speaking.
