Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Conservation Lecturer to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. This is a unique opportunity to share your passion for nature conservation with others and inspire the next generation of eco-warriors.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Nature Conservation/Biology or similar, as well as strong astronomy skills and previous industry-related experience. You will be confident conducting lectures and possess excellent administration skills. A natural leader who commands respect, you will be mature and responsible, well-spoken, well-groomed, and presentable. Your positive attitude and approach toward teamwork will be an asset, as will your ability to take initiative and problem-solve. Finally, you must have excellent references and be passionate about personal growth and training.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and informative lectures on nature conservation topics
  • Develop and implement educational programs for students and community groups
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on astronomy and related topics
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and deliver marketing materials and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program outcomes and participant feedback
