We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telemarketing/Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products and services effectively
  • Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, building rapport and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and stay updated on any changes or new offerings
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
  • Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices and achieve collective goals

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive speaking manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection positively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • At least 3 years' experience in cold calling or a telesales role is essential
