Telemarketing/Call Centre Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telemarketing/Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products and services effectively.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, building rapport and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Target: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and stay updated on any changes or new offerings.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers through phone and email to convert leads into sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive speaking manner.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection positively.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in cold calling or a telesales role is essential.
