Key Responsibilities:

Administer two weekly payrolls (70 and 84 heads) and a monthly payroll (55 heads).

Manage Manual Employment Equity records.

Manage related transactions and calculations with benefit Funds, UIF, SARS, Stats, garnishees, loans, savings, bonus provisions.

Additional Duties:

Track weekly anniversary dates to increase long service amounts.

Administer Month end recons.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Accsys (HR and Payroll Software).
  • Excellent Excel Skills and Knowledge.
  • Experience with bargaining councils advantageous.
  • Proven track record of work experience.
  • Methodical and organised.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
