Business Development Manager

At Epsidon Management and Marketing Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Developer to join our team in Midrand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a client advocate for Huawei, focusing on improving the reseller experience.
- Drive Gross Profit targets through Resellers by selling First Distribution's Huawei product portfolio.
- Recruit new Resellers and build effective relationships with relevant team members.
- Demonstrate ability to Identify and Qualify new deals and partners to sustain pipeline and target coverage.
- Report opportunity details to Line Manager and brand managers regularly, showing deal progression and pipeline creation using CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within technology or telecommunications industry.
- Experience in driving sales and meeting revenue targets, with focus on gross profit targets through resellers.
