  • Grade 12/Matric/National Senior Certificate with passed subjects Mathematics, Geography, and Tourism at a level 4 aggregate and/or Diploma in Tourism
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Proven customer service and sales skills
  • Good understanding of computer systems and standard software
