Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage multiple customer deployments, overseeing database health and performance.
  • Provide timely and effective support for database-related issues, leveraging expertise in troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex technical OpenEdge database challenges, applying advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reports for clients, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Oversee backend project tasks, including health checks, feature implementation, platform migrations, and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • No less than 10 years of experience working with OpenEdge databases, demonstrating a deep understanding of their complexities.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Pro2 Replication in LAN and WAN environments, showcasing expertise in replication.
  • Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms, including shell scripting, ensuring flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, facilitating seamless collaboration with clients.
