At Level-Up, we're seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in providing geotechnical design criteria for various projects, including open pit, underground, tunnelling, and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and provide geotechnical design criteria for open pit, underground, tunnelling, and related mining projects.
  • Conduct ground investigations and interpret in-situ testing and laboratory results.
  • Perform numerical and empirical modelling to support design and analysis.
  • Design and support tunnel and TMB structures, including lining and portal design.
  • Analyze slope stability and recommend appropriate support and reinforcement measures.
  • Ensure adherence to international design guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into project plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in geotechnical assessments and stability analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex geotechnical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software packages and rock mechanics/geotechnical software.
  • Experience with soil and rock mechanics, ground investigation studies, and design and analysis of tunnelling and slope stability.
