We are on the hunt for a leading FMCG brand manager to spearhead our national marketing efforts in South Africa. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive sales, and increase market share.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong brand presence through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive business and marketing plans to drive growth
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to promote and distribute products
  • Expand our distribution network to key retail outlets
  • Collaborate with social media agencies to leverage digital platforms


In addition to these responsibilities, we prefer candidates with a strong background in the food industry and a deep understanding of the South African economy and distribution landscape. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and must possess the ability to work autonomously.



Requirements:

  • Highly skilled individual with experience in marketing and sales management
  • Strong understanding of the South African market and economy
