Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Export Sales Executive to join our team. As an Export Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling the range of products manufactured by Knittex and Sakpro, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through innovative selling skills.
  • Exceed customer requirements at every interface.
  • Sell the range of products manufactured by Knittex and Sakpro.
  • A good understanding of the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Complete accurate and quality paperwork.
  • Protect the company against risk.
  • Exercise caution in dealing with customer expectations.
  • Represent the company in networking within external and challenging business environments.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities (leads).
  • Provide after-sales service.
  • Keep customers up to date throughout the sales process.
  • Urgent focus on selling process and the required timeline.
  • Monitor, record, analyze, and report on activities, results, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Plan and manage sales through distributors, individuals, and other relevant outlets.
  • Negotiate, renew, or review contracts for sales as required in accordance with organizational policy and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent selling skills and the ability to deal with customer diversities.
  • Relevant tertiary education.
  • Code 08 Driver's License.
  • A proven achievement track record in sales.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Up to date with product knowledge, sales, and market trends.
  • General business and financial understanding.
  • Good communication skills with customers, colleagues, and all role players.
