Strategic Divisional Operations Manager

The Strategic Divisional Operations Manager will provide comprehensive strategic support to the Divisional Executive by overseeing operational matters and contributing to long-term planning, execution, and measurement of developmental and deal activity across the division.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Advisor: Serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to the Divisional Executive, monitoring and evaluating the timely implementation of strategic objectives in the division and preparing presentations for various boards and committees.
- Operational Oversight: Assume day-to-day responsibility for projects and tasks, coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives, and managing the divisional pipeline.
- Client Experience Management: Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to ensure effective client experience management, assess inquiries, and delegate to the appropriate individual to ensure resolution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare management information reporting, table analysis, and presentations for key governance forums, monitoring and evaluating divisional performance, and identifying trends for business improvement and risk management purposes.
- Minimum Qualifications: Relevant commercial or technical degree, with a post-graduate degree being an advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in the field of discipline, with experience in State-Owned Entities or development finance entities and understanding of applicable legislative and governance principles being preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments, and experience working in a high-level collaborative environment.
- Additional Experience: Experience in engaging, managing, and negotiating with specialist bodies, government institutions, industry associations, and experience working in a high-level collaborative environment.
- Skills: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, build effective relationships, and have excellent communication skills.
