About the Role:

Gap Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts management, including program planning, budgeting, and project close-out.

Responsibilities:

* Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to minimize risks and maximize returns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in site or construction management
* BSc in Construction Management or equivalent
* Extensive knowledge of contracts management, including program planning, budgeting, and project close-out
* Registration with SACPCMP essential
* Proficient use of CCS Candy required
* Good knowledge and implementation of health and safety protocols beneficial
* Valid driver's license and own transport essential
* Contactable references and payslips required
