Corporate Training Officer

Unique Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Training Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.
- Collaborate with HR and management to implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Manage training budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
