Job Description

This role involves developing and executing diverse influencer campaigns, from paid promotions to seeding initiatives. The ideal candidate will stay ahead of European trends and identify top-tier influencers to nurture and manage.

The Influencer Campaign Executive will craft briefs, maintain client relationships, and thrive under pressure, integrating digital media and supporting additional projects.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns for clients within a focus on beauty, lifestyle, and fashion creators.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification, outreach, negotiation, and content management to overseeing seeding lists and reporting.
  • Create influencer briefs and Traackr campaigns.
  • Ensure Traackr is constantly up to date and obtain crucial reporting metrics per campaign.
  • Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and build successful client relationships.
  • Maintain and build successful client relationships, suggest creators and content ideas in a quick turnaround environment.
  • Present creative solutions to internal senior management, IMs, and IDs.
  • Manage the influencer paid database and ensure it is kept up to date.
  • Stay up to date with cultural and social trends and customers' views and attitudes.
  • Support additional projects as required.
