ROLE OVERVIEW

E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Implementation Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring smooth and successful implementation processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of systems implementation projects for stakeholders, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop project plans that meet their needs, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, leveraging project management methodologies and tools.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise, and ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work closely with our internal teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of new systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions with L&D for clients and end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technology and project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in systems implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • PMP certification is a plus, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with proficiency in SDLC and Agile Project Management, especially in the development and management of user stories and epics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving collaboration and results.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Smartsheet experience highly advantageous, with the ability to leverage project management tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
