Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will support the execution of various projects and deliverables while reporting directly to the Head of Creative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create responsive sites that meet high design standards and work with the team to turn them into stunning web pages.
  • Take ownership of website maintenance and page speed optimization.
  • Develop UX/UI prototypes and user journeys to support customer needs.
  • Work alongside our sister agency to implement SEO measures and conversion optimization.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in collaboration with the creative & design team.
  • Develop relationships directly with our wide variety of clients.
  • Assist with all kinds of online campaigns, internal brand & marketing needs, and much more.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep experience with Webflow (including CMS collections, animation).
  • Three or more years experience creating stunning websites.
  • Expertise with Finsweet ClientFirst class system and Finsweet attributes for complex functionality.
  • Knowledge of modern UI/UX design processes and deep understanding of UX principles.
  • Great project ownership skills and the ability to self-manage a variety of projects at differing stages simultaneously.
  • The ability to lead a project from start to finish.
  • A team-player approach to work both internally and with clients.
  • A great eye for visual and interaction design and clean responsiveness capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work on a variety of projects with diverse clients, audiences, and KPIs.
  • Intimate knowledge of Zapier.
  • Airtable & Memberstack experience are beneficial.
  • Technical understanding and experience with web accessibility and localisation are considered a plus.
