Job Overview

Crayon is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to lead and elevate our creative projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end design process for projects, from concept to execution.
  2. Client Collaboration: Meet with clients and strategist team regarding upcoming projects to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
  3. Campaign Management: Manage changes and roll outs of campaigns to ensure timely and effective execution.
  4. Design Creation: Develop compelling visuals for web, print, and social media, as well as create mock ups and examples of upcoming activations for clients.
  5. Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
  7. Presentation Design: Design presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Design (or similar).
  2. Professional Experience: 3-5 years experience working as a Designer.
  3. Industry Expertise: Experience in medical / pharma advertising.
  4. Technical Skills: 2-3 years experience working with Shopper / in-store point-of-sale (POS) and MAC, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom and Photoshop.
