About the Role
- This position involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS), including audits, assessments, and corrective actions.
- You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to subordinates, superiors, and peers on quality-related matters, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to quality performance, training, and development.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Developing and implementing effective quality control plans, procedures, and processes to minimize errors and defects.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Grade 12 or equivalent with mathematics and a certificate or diploma in quality management or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Compensation Package
The salary range for this position is R450,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and annual leave, will also be offered.
