Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Manager to join their team in Claremont. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and operating a profitable Primary Health Care Clinic situated within a pharmacy, adhering to the scope of practice of a registered nursing practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Clinic Sister duties according to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Manage the clinic's operations, ensuring all services are available and running smoothly.
  • Ensure accurate patient records and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Process claims efficiently and maintain a well-stocked clinic.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS.


Essential Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in General Nursing.
  • Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
  • Nursing practitioner must obtain BHF registration.
  • 2-3 years' experience in practicing as a Primary Health Care Clinic Sister.
  • Strong analytical skills relating to monthly clinic statistics and commission.


Advantageous Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years practicing as a Primary Health Care Sister.
  • Patient Record System & CKS & Allegra knowledge.
