About the Role

O'Brien Recruitment is seeking a Customer Experience Manager with expertise in CRM to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CRM and Direct Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the customer direct marketing calendar and campaigns, aligning with business objectives.
  • Implement quality assurance across all CRM activities and campaigns, guaranteeing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Create compelling SMS copy for marketing communications, capturing audience attention.
  • Design and set up customer surveys, providing actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for enhancement and optimizing customer engagement.
  • Ensure all CRM campaigns adhere to best practices and legal regulations, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Identify gaps in the customer journey and work with stakeholders to design innovative campaigns, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, staying ahead of industry developments.
  • Provide support for any ad hoc CRM-related tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Essential).
  • Degree or relevant marketing qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years' CRM experience, showcasing a proven track record in CRM management.
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management and segmentation, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and content management systems, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs, prioritizing agility and flexibility.
