Job Overview

The Real Estate Portfolio Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of Pronel Personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial data to inform decision-making
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in real estate or a related field

Skills required for this role include advanced knowledge of property management principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
