  7. Accountability for end-to-end data centre infrastructure stability and performance, encompassing integrated or related services like networks, IT security, and applications.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A minimum of 8 years' experience in an IT environment with relevant infrastructure management expertise.
  2. Exceptional knowledge of cloud datacentres, physical datacentres, hosting platforms, IoT, and ITIL principles.
  3. Knowledge of various infrastructure architecture frameworks.
  4. Crisis management and critical thinking skills.
  5. Service delivery experience and customer-centric orientation.
  6. Presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
