Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
  2. Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  3. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  4. Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Relevant Diploma, Degree, or certification.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a fun and outgoing personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
