About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Clicks Group Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services while ensuring the efficient operation of our dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with their medication queries and concerns
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient medication and treatment plans
  • Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering of medicines and supplies

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. A Matric with Maths (Essential)
  2. Minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic and Learner Basic)
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Basic IT skills and knowledge of pharmacy software
