- Government Statistics and Requirements: Ensure compliance with government statistics updates and requirements.
- Education and Qualifications: B.Com Finance qualification, with CA SA advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Financial Manager or Controller, with above-average computer skills.
- Personal Qualities: Tolerance for stress, honesty and integrity, good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
