  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date health and safety records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  6. Develop and deliver customized on-site training for cleaning staff.
  7. Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents and document findings.
  8. Oversight of costs associated with supplies, labor, and equipment.
  9. Lead and manage cleaning teams to ensure smooth site launches.
  10. Nurture and develop strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Qualification and Skills Requirements
  • Matric certification is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license (Code 08) is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations in the cleaning industry.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and public holidays.
