We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our company, creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
About the Position
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times, and logging maintenance requests.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage meeting rooms, training rooms, canteens, kitchens, bar, and coffee stations.
- Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with preparation of refreshments for meetings.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
- Log and ensure maintenance for these areas is carried out.
- Evaluate and maintain equipment in meeting rooms to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels of consumables and refreshments.
- Provide reception/switchboard assistance when needed.
- Work hours: 8 am – 5 pm / 1-hour lunch break.
- Handle queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure high internal and client satisfaction.
- Assist staff and visitors with ad-hoc requests.
