Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our company, creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times, and logging maintenance requests.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage meeting rooms, training rooms, canteens, kitchens, bar, and coffee stations.
  2. Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Assist with preparation of refreshments for meetings.
  4. Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
  5. Log and ensure maintenance for these areas is carried out.
  6. Evaluate and maintain equipment in meeting rooms to ensure optimal functionality.
  7. Maintain sufficient stock levels of consumables and refreshments.
  8. Provide reception/switchboard assistance when needed.
  9. Work hours: 8 am – 5 pm / 1-hour lunch break.
  10. Handle queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  11. Ensure high internal and client satisfaction.
  12. Assist staff and visitors with ad-hoc requests.
