As an ESG Specialist at Paton Personnel, you will play a key role in driving the integration of environmental, social, and governance principles into our investment decisions. Your expertise will ensure compliance with our ESG governance framework and promote sustainable stewardship of our investee companies.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing our ESG strategy, conducting thorough ESG due diligence, and monitoring our portfolio's ESG performance. You will also be responsible for reporting on ESG metrics, training staff and companies on ESG compliance, and engaging with companies on ESG-related issues.

Core skills required for this role include corporate governance, knowledge of environmental and social legislative frameworks, ESG due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. An understanding of capital markets and investment management is also essential.

We are seeking an individual with a strong academic background in ESG-related fields and 5-7 years of experience in ESG. An MBA or ESG-related Master's degree is advantageous.
