Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dante Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage supplier payments and ensure prompt settlement
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee the management of office supplies and ensure efficient use
  • Manage attendance registers and maintain accurate records
  • Provide cover for the switchboard when the receptionist is unavailable

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
