Stratogo Human Resources Specialist

As a Stratogo Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for effective internal recruitment, employment contracts, and organisational introductions. You will source and administer external study courses, maintain bursary agreements, and track results. Additionally, you will liaise with the internal training coordinator to ensure internal training requirements are met and results are recorded. You will also administer employee benefits, including pension fund and medical aid, and report on employee movement while maintaining personal records.
Required Competencies:
Excellent knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines, professional manner and appearance, good inter-personal and communication skills, advanced level of computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure with a high level of energy.
Main Activities:
1. Effective internal recruitment, employment contracts, and organisational introductions.
2. Source and administer external study courses, maintain bursary agreements, and track results.
3. Liaise with internal training coordinator to ensure internal training requirements are met and results are recorded.
4. Administer employee benefits, including pension fund and medical aid, and report on employee movement while maintaining personal records.
5. Ensure compliance to legislation with the LRA, EE ACT, BCEA, UIF, OHS, and other relevant laws.
6. CCMA cases communication, tracking, and reporting.
7. Performance management administration.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Recruitment, testing, and selection.
2. Human resources and payroll administration.
3. External training and development bursaries, bookings, tracking, and results.
4. Annual work skills plans.
5. Employee relations.
6. Legislative and statutory compliance.
Required Competency:
1. Excellent knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines.
2. Professional manner and appearance providing a positive company image.
3. Good inter-personal and communication skills at all levels.
4. Advanced level of computer literacy.
5. Confidential, positive attitude, empathy, methodical, attention to detail, accuracy, ability to work under pressure, job prioritization, results-driven, effective query resolution, accountable, self-motivated, proactive, and high level of energy.
