About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist: Operational Due Diligence and Risk Analyst to join our team at STANLIB.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day Alternative Operations and Operational Due Diligence activities of the business.

This includes executing specialised work to improve quality, standards, and outputs within defined work routines and operating procedures.

The role requires a strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to apply them in a real-world context. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create detailed on-site due diligence plans to cover specific risk areas identified.
  • Proactively solve problems, determine root causes, and apply solutions in line with guidelines.
  • Plan for task execution and advise on improvements related to the area of specialisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management and be able to demonstrate their expertise in this area.
