Job Title: Fundraising and Marketing Executive

The Hope Exchange, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the homeless, is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Marketing Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our fundraising and marketing efforts, increasing our profile and securing funding to support our mission. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and fundraising, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase our profile and reach new audiences.
  • Identify and secure new funding opportunities, including sponsorships, donations, and grants.
  • Write and distribute funding proposals to potential donors and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing donors and funders.
  • Support income generation and new business through the marketing of our social enterprises.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing and fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Strong administration, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven.
  • Own transport and valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in digital and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce beneficial.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the homeless phenomenon and NPO sector beneficial.
