About the Role

Farm Manager SA is seeking a highly skilled Packing Operations Supervisor to oversee our fresh produce packing operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of packhouse staff
  • Ensure efficient and safe working practices in accordance with BRC/HACCP standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements
  • Agricultural Diploma or degree
  • Minimum 4 years previous packhouse experience
  • Experience with working with BRC/HACCP advantageous
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • People management experience
  • Administrative and management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid passport
