Support Office Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Office Clerk to join our team at Profile Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files.
  • Ensure billing corresponds to lease agreements.
  • Allocate tenant receipts and investigate un-allocated receipts.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with tenants and vendors.
  • Collect monthly rental payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Record account expenses and ensure vendor paperwork is up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance (advantageous).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Property experience (advantageous).
  • Collections experience (advantageous).
  • SAGE experience (advantageous).
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Friendly, helpful, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Client management skills.
  • Planning, organizing, and time management.
  • Deadline-driven and achievement-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
