Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Process withdrawals accurately after conducting compliance checks.
  2. Resolve customer queries effectively across various channels.
  3. Investigate and resolve account-related issues or discrepancies.
  4. Escalate suspicious transactions to management.
  5. Prepare manual payments for submission to the Treasury team.
  6. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Your Essential Skills
  • Contact Centre Experience: Enables you to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Diploma/Degree: Advantageous but not mandatory.
