    • We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing (Foundation and Sports Club) to lead brand and marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio, including but is not limited to, the Hollywood Foundation, Hollywood My Business and the Hollywood Sports Club. This role requires expertise in marketing strategy, brand strategy, social responsibility and community engagement.
    • In this role, you will work closely with Teams across the business to ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and brand strategy. You will be responsible for the hands-on delivery of respective branding, digital marketing and traditional marketing initiatives. A thorough understanding of the main Hollywoodbets brand and positioning is key to ensuring these Hollywood brands support and enhance overall awareness and engagement with the Hollywoodbets brand. An understanding of Hollywoodbets clients, products and competitors is integral to being able to craft strategies and implementation plans that directly impact the communities in which we operate. 
    • In addition, you will lead all marketing initiatives for the Hollywood Foundation and its sub-categories, crafting campaigns that raise awareness of its causes, encourage donations, and engage the community, all in alignment with our CSI goals. You will also manage marketing for the Hollywood Sports Club, focusing on recruitment, brand positioning, and member engagement. Your responsibilities will include building partnerships with sports organisation's and local communities, as well as promoting events and outreach programs to increase the Club's visibility. This role is crucial in driving the success of these initiatives, combining business growth with a positive social impact. Using research and feedback to provide insights you will lead the delivery of all marketing, marketing communications, advertising, public relations, creative functions, sponsorships, event management and community relations and engagement, customer engagement, and business growth for the Hollywood brands.
    • This role is suited to be a highly collaborative, flexible, adaptive, out-of-the-box thinker with strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will apply your extensive experience to develop, implement and monitor differentiated and effective marketing strategies that align with, and support, Foundation and overall business goals while continuing to grow and strengthen our position as an industry leader.  The successful incumbent must be obsessive about understanding our competitors, our products and our customers, what they want and how we can deliver an unrivaled customer experience across all touchpoints.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Management, with a focus on both corporate and social responsibility initiatives.
  • Proven experience in handling multi-faceted portfolios with diverse audiences, across charitable initiatives, sports, and entrepreneurship.

What You'll Do For The Brand:

Hollywood Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, communication and brand strategies and execution plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth for the company's Hollywood branded initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal Teams at Hollywoodbets, the Hollywood Foundation, Hollywood Sports Club and other Hollywood brands to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities aimed at enhancing brand recognition, awareness and engagement across Hollywood brands.
  • Ensure close alignment to the Hollywoodbets brand and that all values and key messages are clearly incorporated and implemented into all marketing and communication.

Hollywood Foundation:

  • Lead marketing efforts for the company's CSI and community engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Hollywoodbets brand and corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals and values.
  • Ensure all Teams are aligned and that there is strong engagement and collaboration with all operations Teams at Hollywoodbets and the Hollywood Foundation. Bridge the gap between functions and ensure effective collaborative communication.
  • Develop and implement campaigns to raise awareness of the Foundation's causes, drive donations, and engage the community. Clearly position the work done by the Foundation to position Hollywoodbets and the Hollywood Foundation as leader and an organisation that genuinely cares about the sustainable impact we make in our communities and country.
  • Coordinate partnerships with other organisations and stakeholders to amplify the positive contributions made by Hollywoodbets and the Hollywood Foundation.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the various pillars of the Foundation, focusing on attracting and supporting beneficiaries and stakeholders.
  • Create content and resources that help raise awareness of the Foundations services and support programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with key partners, government agencies, and local businesses to foster growth and development of the Foundation.

Hollywood Sports Club:

  • Manage all brand, communication and marketing activities for the Sports Club, focusing on recruitment, brand positioning, and increasing member engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing, brand and communication initiatives are closely aligned to those of Hollywoodbets and that all plans support the overall objectives of the Hollywoodbets brand.
  • Develop partnerships with all relevant stakeholders, including sports organisations and local communities to raise the profile of the Sports Club.
  • Promote events, competitions, and community outreach programs that enhance the Club's visibility.
  • Work closely with operations and other internal Team to ensure a streamlined and collaborative working environment.

General Marketing Strategy and Leadership:

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional Teams to ensure effective delivery of all brand, communication and marketing initiatives across all marketing disciplines and channels and provide operational support as and when required.
  • Work closely with and provide support to the managers and leadership Teams of the Hollywood Foundation, the Hollywood Sports Club and Hollywoodbets.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to make improvements and ensure that we are constantly looking at ways to innovate our initiatives.
  • This role may be required to work on other brands within the Hollywood Group and/or create strategies and plans for new brands being introduced to the Hollywood Group.
  • Be able to undertake other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets for marketing activities across all portfolios, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments in both corporate and social responsibility spheres.
