The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of stock within the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accuracy in stock reconciliations, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Management: Collaborate with 3PL providers to streamline logistics and distribution operations.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Manage and coordinate all dispatch activities to ensure orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of dispatchers and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Auditing and Reconciliation: Regular audits and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all stock management systems.
  • Stock Replenishment: Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment, minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Space Optimization: Optimize space utilization and maintain an organized, functional, and clean warehouse environment.
  • Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Data Analysis: Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into stock performance, trends, and forecasting.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards within the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled and stored appropriately.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to align stock management with overall business objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the stock management team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Manager. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including stock management, dispatch coordination, and team leadership.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management: Diploma/Degree in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Experience in Logistics: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Expertise in Dispatching and Stock Management: Very experienced with dispatching and stock management.
  • Experience with 3PL Providers: Experience working with 3PL providers and coordinating logistics operations.
  • Proven Managerial Skills: Proven managerial and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP System Expertise: Seasoned in ERP systems with a proven ability to manage inventory and reporting functions.
