Job Description

The Seasonal Repair Specialist performs vehicle glass repairs whenever a glass replacement is not required. Our paid, formal training program teaches everything needed to complete these specialized repairs, regardless of any prior mechanical experience.

As a Seasonal Repair Specialist, you'll learn to repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass related issues on customer vehicles.

  1. Learn to repair vehicle glass with a focus on the Safelite Way of Fitting under the guidance of experienced technicians and Presentail SA leaders.
  2. Repair various auto glass related issues on customer vehicles.
  3. Manage work orders, customer documentation, and customer communication through our handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.
  4. Clean customer vehicles during wait/idle time during the repair process and perform additional housekeeping tasks in our company vehicle and shop.
  5. Safely and professionally operate a company fleet vehicle to and from customer locations.
  6. All other duties as assigned.
