We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at MH Solutions. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing centre operations and facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and trade professionals.

Key Requirements
  • Develop and implement centre operations strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage centre operations and facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of centre facilities and security systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and trade professionals.
  • Lead and develop centre personnel, ensuring optimal performance and growth opportunities.
  • Ideal candidates will have knowledge of large buildings/structures and their associated mechanical and electrical services, fire systems.
  • Experience in contractor management, contract procurement, and service level agreements is essential.
  • A recognised health and safety qualification with experience in an H&S focused environment is desirable.
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numeracy skills, with experience of setting and managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and working within financial limits.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and ability to work in an established team.
