Digital Marketing Strategist for Eye Care Professionals

Job Summary:The Senior Social Media Specialist will oversee Eyecarepro's social media strategies, focusing on both paid and organic content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is essential in building our brand voice, fostering community engagement, and driving conversions and lead generation through targeted social media campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:- Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals, blending paid and organic tactics.
• Ensure alignment with Eyecarepro's brand identity and target audience across multiple platforms. - Paid Social Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize cost-effective paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance conversions.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign impact and conduct audience research to tailor content. - Content Creation and Curation: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and posting of high-quality content, including images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and written posts.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and tailor content for platform-specific engagement. - Campaign Management: Lead social media campaigns from conception through execution, including influencer partnerships and organic engagement strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns that enhance reach, engagement, and conversions across both paid and organic channels. - Community Management and Engagement: Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, handling customer inquiries, and encouraging positive conversations.
• Integrate paid and organic community engagement efforts to maximize brand reach and positive sentiment. - Social Media Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize both paid and organic strategies.
• Ensure data-driven continuous improvement to enhance performance and engagement. - Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
• Experiment with new features, content formats, and engagement tactics to keep Eyecarepro's social presence fresh and relevant. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, design, and product teams to ensure social media initiatives support broader marketing strategies.
• Share performance insights and provide actionable recommendations. - Brand Advocacy and Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions and industry trends, managing the online reputation proactively.
• Engage with user-generated content and foster positive brand interactions.
This role requires strong social media strategy expertise, content creation skills, and experience managing paid social campaigns. A keen understanding of social media algorithms and best practices across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) is essential. Additionally, proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights) is necessary to track and optimize social media performance.
As a highly motivated individual with 5-7 years of social media experience, you have a proven track record of managing multi-platform social media strategies for brands. You are a data-driven marketer who uses insights to shape strategies and adjust in real-time for optimization. Your excellent communication and project management skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
