You will be part of a dynamic team driving success for independent optometry practices across the continent. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships, developing tailored marketing strategies, and identifying growth opportunities to elevate client success.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies customized for each client.
  • Become an expert in specialty eye care, delivering unparalleled service to clients.
  • Pursue upsell opportunities to further enhance client success.
  • Build and nurture relationships with optometry practices, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Lead engaging Progress Calls to dive into metrics, new patient leads, and exciting content strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • 4+ years of client-facing experience, juggling multiple accounts with ease.
  • A background in the eye care industry is highly desirable.
  • A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • A self-motivated and organized individual with a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
Position Details:
  • Full-time, remote position.
  • 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
