Join us at TWK Agri in Mbombela, Mpumalanga as a Management Assistant (Admin) and contribute to the success of our Financial Services division.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out various administrative tasks related to insurance and medical schemes, such as claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation.
  2. Offer expert support to the Financial Services Division, covering tasks like document preparation, correspondence handling and data capture.
  3. Develop long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  4. Collaborate with the team to create detailed reports, presentations and other critical documents.
  5. Enhance financial planning and reporting processes within the Medical department.
  6. Supervise and train administrative staff to guarantee efficient workflow management and timely task completion.
  7. Maintain adherence to company standards, protocols and regulations concerning administrative duties.
  8. Secure relevant documents and information for audits or regulatory examinations.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Grade 12 certificate or equivalent degree.
  2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in an administrative capacity.
  3. Minimum 5 years' experience in the Insurance sector (preferable).
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and CMR software.
  5. Demonstrated leadership potential.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Timely, organised and detail-oriented, with strong planning and time management skills.
  8. Sincere, diligent and dynamic team player.
