As an Electrical Supervisor at Eosol Group, you will play a critical role in overseeing our photovoltaic plant operations in South Africa. Your expertise in electrical systems will ensure the smooth functioning of our projects and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in the photovoltaic plant, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Lead a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and support to optimize operational efficiency and workflow.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve problems in a timely manner.

Requirements:
