Operations Management Job Summary
The Legends Agency seeks a seasoned Operations Management Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, managing production output, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality principles. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, quality systems, and manufacturing processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

About the Role
This position requires a high level of technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and raw materials, as well as problem-solving skills with analytical thinking and attention to detail. The Operations Management Specialist will develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with GMP and company quality principles. They will also manage attendance, timesheets, and disciplinary procedures as per company policies.

Main Responsibilities
